ד"ר אלון פרידלנדר- מנהל המערך האורתופדי בתל השומר, מומחה לתחלואות צוואר גב ועמוד שידרה, בוגר ביה"ס סאקלר לרפואה של אונברסיטת ת"א 1994 וסיים התמחותו באורתופדיה בביה"ח שיבא תל- השומר ב- 2002.

ד"ר פרידלנדר עבר השתלמות קלינית בשנים 2002-2003 בתחום עמוד השידרה:
1. בניתוחי כריתת גידולים בעמוד שידרה בביה"ח Hopitaux Institut Mutualiste Montsouris בפריז צרפת.

2. בניתוחים לתיקון עיוותים בעמוד השידרה ב- Hopitaux Universitaires de Strasbourg צרפת.

3. השתלם קלינית בניתוחי עמוד שידרה ב- Queen Mary Hospital and the Duchess of Kent Children’s Hospital בהונג- קונג.

עם שובו ארצה החל לעבוד כרופא בכיר בתחום ניתוחי עמוד השידרה במחלקה הנירוכרורגית בתל השומר, ובמחלקה האורתופדית בתל השומר ניהל 13 שנה  את היחידה לניתוחי עמוד שידרה בתל השומר והחל מאפריל 2023 מנהל את המערך האורתופדי בתל השומר.

מומחה לתחלואת עמוד השדרה, ניוון עמוד השידרה, חבלות ושברים, גידולים שפירים וממאירים בעמוד השדרה, מומים מולדים, פריצות דיסק, היצרות תעלת השידרה, זיהומים וחוסר יציבות.

קיבועים קידמיים ואחוריים ניתוחים לטיפול בפריצות דיסק, הן בשיטה מזער פולשנית והן בטכניקות פתוחות.

Neck and spine surgeries. Surgery for primary and secondary tumors of the spine. Variety of degenerative spine surgeries Anterior and posterior fixations Surgery to treat herniated discs, both by minimally invasive method and by open techniques. Scoliosis surgery in children and adolescents.

As part of its inclusive approach, the unit conducts cooperative activities in a variety of fields:

Children’s spinal diseases, in close cooperation with the Pediatric Orthopedic Department, and the Pediatric Rehabilitation Department. Neoplastic diseases of the spinal cord in cooperation with the Institute of Oncology and the Hemato-Oncology Unit. Cooperation with the Pain Rehabilitation Clinic, and the Rehabilitation Hospital regarding long term treatments.
